Partial personal counselling in PBS and social counselling

From 25 May 2020, personal consultations will again be held to a reduced extent at the University and the HTWG in Konstanz.

This applies firstly to the Psychotherapeutic Counselling Centre (PBS), which will in future offer consultation hours in its usual premises after prior notification. The registration can be made in person at fixed times or by e-mail. The employees work in shifts and there will be a maximum of two offices occupied at the same time.

The Social Counselling Service at the University of Konstanz offers the possibility to complete  the KfW student loan personally. Other counselling services will continue to take place primarily by telephone. For social counselling, students must make appointments in advance by e-mail.

For the time being, the counselling centres at the Uni are only accessible through the outside entrance of the K building, as there are still restrictions on access for students at the University of Konstanz. Access to other university buildings is not possible. The counselling centres can still be reached by telephone and e-mail.
