In order for us to repair damages in your shared flat, your room or your apartment as quickly as possible, please use our online damage report
Go to the online portal
Click on “Verträge" (Contracts)
You'll find this item the menu bar on the left.
Log in with your Seezeit credentials
Enter your e-mail address and password.
> Important: Only use the e-mail address you used for your application - other addresses won't work.
If you have forgotten your password, click on “Kennwort vergessen?" (Forgot your password?) to receive a new e-mail.
Click on „Schadensmeldung“ (Damage Report) in the bottom menu on the left of the contract area right next to “Dokumente" (Documents).
Formular ausfüllen (Fill in the form)
Enter your details in the mandatory fields marked with *:
Location, category, type and a description of the damage.
Recommended: Zutrittserlaubnis setzen (Set access permission)
Please activate the checkbox if we are allowed to enter your room to repair the damage even if you are absent.
> Tip: With access permission, the damage can be repaired much more quickly.
Don't forget to send!
Click on “Send” to forward your damage report directly to the service team.
"Beschreibung" (Damage description)
Please describe the damage as precisely as possible in the free text field of the form. This will help us to act faster and in a more targeted manner.
Checkbox at the bottom (Access to the apartment/room)
Check the box in the form if the damage affects your room and access should be granted.
> Tip: If you want the repair to be carried out quickly, grant access permission. The service team can then work even if you are not present.
