Online damage report

In order for us to repair damages in your shared flat, your room or your apartment as quickly as possible, please use our online damage report:

Log in to the online portal with your Seezeit account details. If you have forgotten your password or do not yet have account details, click on "Kennwort vergessen" in the online portal at the bottom right.
In the left column under "Verträge", select your current rental agreement and then click on "Schadensmeldung" in the bottom left corner.
Please complete the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. You are welcome to describe the damage in the corresponding text field.
If we need to enter your personal room or apartment to repair the damage, please tick the box for access authorization.
