Please note that the courses are primarily held in German. Please continue on our German-website.
Starting university in a foreign country can be both exciting and challenging. Alongside academic expectations, you encounter new systems, face cultural differences, build a new social network and, hopefully, find new friends. At the same time, you may have to deal with language barriers, financial pressures, or the challenge of keeping up with developments in your home country or your familiy.
This group provides a welcoming space to meet other international students from EU and non-EU countries who are pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree. During the group sessions, you can share your experiences of living and studying in Konstanz in a safe and supportive environment, where everything shared is treated confidentially. Challenges are explored from a problem-solving and resource-oriented perspective. Therapeutic guidance is provided by one of our counsellors.
The overall goal is to help you make the most of your stay here in Konstanz, strengthen your well-being, and support one another.
The group is limited to 10 participants. If places are still available, you can also join the group later in the semester.
If you are willing to attend the group regularly and would like to register, please get in touch with us via our PBS-Portal, by email at pbs[at]seezeit.com.
During our open office hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m you can reach us by phone at +49 7531 - 8297 230 or drop by in person at room K 315.
