In case of technical emergencies, such as a burst water pipe or other emergencies, you can contact the janitorial emergency service.
In case of light/power/heating issues, we kindly ask you to use the online damage report. Your request will be dealt with on the following buriness day.
Key service (in case of self-inflicted lockout):
If a tenant locks himself/herself out of his/her own apartment/room due to his/her own fault, the emergency janitorial service will open the door on demand, only upon presentation of a personal-identifying document such as ID or passport.
Please notice the following fees for our key service during non-business hours:
Mon - Fri until 22.00: 50 €
Mon - Fri from 22.00 also Saturdays, Sundays and during holidays: 100 €
Cost for the tenant according to the effective expenditure for Seezeit: approx. 300 €.
If not all keys handed out by Seezeit are returned by the tenant, they will be considered lost/missing.
For security reasons a cylinder exchange will be necessary. Damaged keys must also be returned otherwise they are also considered lost/missing.
