In the event of technical emergencies outside business hours, such as a burst water pipe or other hazardous situations, you can contact the emergency service for our residential complexes.
However, in the event of a light/power/heating failure, we ask you to use the damage report portal. Your request will be addressed the following working day.
If you accidentally lock yourself out of your apartment or room outside our business hours, the emergency service for the halls of residence can help by opening the door. You must have an identification document (e.g. ID card or passport) available for this.
A fee will be charged for an unscheduled call-out if you have locked yourself out at your own fault, to cover at least part of the additional costs of the emergency service.
Monday-Friday until 10 p.m.: €50
Monday-Friday from 10 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: €100
If you lose your keys, we will have to replace the lock for security reasons. The cost of this depends on the actual expense – usually around 300 €.
Damaged keys must be handed in – otherwise we will also assume that they have been lost.
