Baden-Württemberg introduces a discounted Deutschlandticket for young people. The Ministry of Transport and municipal associations have agreed on a way to introduce a discounted Deutschlandticket for young people at a price of 365 euros on 1 December 2023. The ticket is to replace the JugendticketBW, which has been available since March 2023.
A discounted Deutschlandticket for young people is to be introduced in Baden-Württemberg on 1 December 2023. The State Ministry of Transport, the Landkreistag (Association of Counties) and the Städtetag (Association of Cities) have agreed on this.
The discounted Deutschlandticket will then replace the JugendticketBW, which has been available since March 2023, and will be offered for the introductory price of 365 euros per year.
Details on the validity for the concrete implementation of the ticket will follow in the coming months.
