Free rooms in our halls of residence

Around 3,000 students from all over the world are accommodated in our 17 halls of residence in Constance, Weingarten, Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Our halls of residence are a place to meet and exchange with fellow students and are perfect for making new contacts, even while studying digitally. Our tenant service, which is located directly in the halls of residence, always has an open ear for the questions and problems of our tenants.

Regardless of whether you share a flat or an apartment, our apartments are already furnished and have a kitchen, bathroom, washing facilities, bicycle parking spaces or parking spaces, high-speed WiFi and extensive caretaker service. The complete rental of our all-round package enables affordable living close to the universities and Lake Constance.
