The Regional Innovation and Technology Transfer Center "RITZ" has opened in Friedrichshafen and with it our new Campus Bistro in Fallenbrunnen. The bistro at the Knowledge Quarter on the Fallenbrunnen campus now complements the catering offerings of our canteen on campus.
In keeping with the spirit of the new regional innovation center, we also want to promote sustainable development with our catering offering and, above all, offer our "Seezeit Homemades" with ingredients from the region. In addition, we largely do without plastic when it comes to packaging. This means that we use porcelain, glass and paper. For example, drinks are only available in glass bottles, our napkins are exclusively recycled napkins, the straws are made of paper and for hot drinks to go we use the Recup instead of disposable cups.
The coffee you get is organic fair trade coffee, as well as the tea and cocoa. For latte products, we only use organic milk and all specialty coffees are also available with organic oat drink or soy drink.
Visit the RITZ, which in the future will not only offer exciting lectures and events, but above all space for future-oriented companies. Because starting this year, companies from science, start-ups, medium-sized businesses and spin-offs from corporations will work together under one roof in the flexible open-plan offices, laboratories, workshops and the learning factory in close proximity to Zeppelin University and the DHBW campus to promote the development of innovations and technological progress.
Come by, we look forward to seeing you!
Please note that on-site consumption is not possible due to the currently applicable ordinance.
