Also in this year we serve a Christmas dish. On the 12th of December enjoy deer goulash with mushrooms, swabian pasta and red cabbage with apple, garnished with cranberry sauce. At KombinierBar we offer a dish for vegetarians and vegans: Couscous and vegetable tart on tomato sauce with basil can be combined with swabian pasta, grilled vegetables, bulgur and / or a salad with avocado dressing. The Christmas treat is rounded off with both menus with a Christmas muffin.
