A majority of participants view the initiative positively; at the same time, however, the results reveal a clearly polarized set of opinions.
A total of 1,158 students and staff took part. Familiar dishes in plant-based versions were particularly well received. In the feedback, climate protection, animal welfare, and taste were frequently mentioned.
