Help improve the mensa for everyone!

Your feedback matters. Take part in the big mensa survey at Gießberg.

(anonymous · approx. 5 minutes)

Why we’re asking you

The mensa is a community project.

The more people use it, the better we can plan and fulfill our mission of ensuring equal opportunities in higher education.

Put simply – and unlike what happens behind the scenes in the kitchen: when many people have a say, the offering improves for everyone. To make that happen, we need your honest feedback from everyday campus life.

The Gießberg mensa survey in February

In February, we invite all guests of our Gießberg mensa to take part in the survey. In around five minutes, you can tell us what works for you and where we can do better.

The survey is anonymous. Your responses will feed directly into our planning.

What is it about?

You’ll give feedback on topics such as:

  • quality, taste, and portion sizes

  • the range of food on offer (dietary preferences/types, variety)
  • labeling of ingredients and allergens
  • sustainability, such as reusable options or product origins
  • waiting times, cleanliness, seating, and service
  • your presence on campus (how often and when you visit the mensa)
  • and anything else that shapes your mensa experience

Feedback on what makes your mensa visit matters to us. The more responses we receive, the better we can continue to develop the offering.

Thank you for helping us make the mensa better for everyone.

Take part and have your say by the end of February!
