The Sustainability Project Week is an ongoing initiative by the Green Office of the University of Konstanz, organized once per semester in collaboration with the Transformation Alliance for Sustainability. The aim of the week is to make sustainability tangible, offer new perspectives, and inspire active participation.

11:00 AM – 2:00 PM | All Seezeit Mensas around Lake Constance
Your Seezeit Mensa offers vegan options to try and enjoy.
2:30 PM – 5:30 PM | Outdoor seminar room, University of Konstanz
In just three hours, the interactive “Climate Fresk” workshop conveys the scientific fundamentals of the climate crisis. Puzzle, discuss, and understand together – creative, well-founded, and participatory.
7:00 PM | Various shared apartments in Konstanz
One evening, three courses, three locations, many new contacts. At the Vegan Running Dinner, participants meet new people and discover vegan recipes – experiencing how enjoyable sustainable food can be.
3:15 PM – 4:00 PM | Pasta bar Al StuDente, University of Konstanz (K5)
What’s behind a mensa meal? This short tour offers insights into production, ingredients, and processes of our university catering.
5:00 PM | Kulturkiosk Schranke, Konstanz Petershausen
Everyone is invited to bring a vegan dish to share and set clothes they'd like to exchange.
