Request filming permission

Dear media representatives,

You are welcome to produce a report at one of our locations. We will be happy to help you choose suitable filming locations or motives and provide you with advice and support.

In order to support your work in the best possible way and to ensure a smooth process, please send us the following application form as early as possible and in advance of the shootings:

Request for permission to photograph and film at Seezeit locations

The form helps us to inform all contact persons directly or indirectly involved in your project in good time and to clarify any legal issues that may arise in connection with your visit to us in a binding manner for both parties.

You are welcome to send a high-resolution copy of the files or a printed sample for non-commercial use free of charge.

Terms of use

As some of the buildings used by Seezeit are owned by the state of Baden-Württemberg, we ask you to observe the following points and to confirm these terms of use in advance with your application:

From the time you use the state-owned / Seezeit-owned property / building for the purpose of making the recordings until you leave the property / building, you shall be liable for all personal injury, property damage and financial loss - also to third parties - arising from the making of the recordings and in connection with their use. Furthermore, you shall be liable for all damage to the state-owned / Seezeit-owned property, the green spaces and the state-owned buildings and facilities that occur as a result of the use.
If necessary, you must obtain any further official permits.
Shootings with political, e. g. party-political, content is not permitted.
Access to the building and the start of filming must be coordinated with the person named to you in the confirmation of the filming request.
All objects brought into the building must be removed after filming has been completed.
Data protection regulations, in particular those concerning the filming of persons, must be observed and complied with.
No compensation for use will be charged by the Land / Seezeit as the owner of the property / building for permission to make the film recordings, as long as the recordings serve e.g. scientific purposes. The waiver of compensation for use applies as long as no commercial use of the recordings is made.
Seezeit as the user of the building or the Landesbetrieb Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg as the owner reserve the right to make further regulations regarding this permission granted, if this is necessary, or to revoke the permission.
Confirmation of your filming request is only possible if compliance with the above conditions has been confirmed.
