Just as one construction site disappears, the next one is already waiting around the corner – very much in the spirit of Stuttgart 21.
This time, our terrace is next and will be given a proper makeover.
The renovation of the terrace at K7 will begin on 12 October 2026 and is expected to be completed by 15 February 2027.
Until the work begins, you can continue to use the terrace as usual and without any restrictions.
During the renovation, there may be periods of significantly increased noise around the terrace, as some of the upcoming work will inevitably involve higher noise levels. We would therefore like to ask for your understanding in advance.
Should the completion of the work be delayed due to weather conditions, we will of course inform you as soon as posible.
