Our 17 halls of residence in Constance, Weingarten, Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen accommodate almost 3,000 students. Whether apartment or shared apartment, our rooms are already furnished and you pay a complete rent without additional service charges. Internet access via WLAN (eduroam) is also included in most of our housing complexes. Regarding Corona, we have currently taken measures to protect our tenants and employees in the best possible way.

Accommodation for help
With the "Wohnen für Hilfe" offer, you can support seniors, families and people with disabilities in their everyday lives (e.g. childcare, gardening, providing companionship) and thus save part of the rent. Our role in this: we arrange suitable housing pairs free of charge and are there to help you with any questions or problems you may have.

You can find offers of the open housing market for students in the Lake Constance region on our online room board. Our room board is free of charge and those looking for accommodation can search directly without registering.
